It begins with a conversation
We would love to get to know you and the uniqueness of your church. Let’s have a conversation about discipleship, engagement, and growth. Reach out, and let’s schedule a time.
Take some time and check out the courses.
Once we talk, we will provide you with complete access to all the courses. This will enable you to review everything, answer any questions, and begin to put together a plan.
Start with some Mentors that you know.
It starts with you authorizing a few mentors. You can go over the Mentor Course with them or they can do it together. Either way, you are ready to start.
Introduce it to your church.
Once this has been completed, you are ready to introduce Connextions to your Congregation and encourage them to sign up for the courses.
Signing Up for the Courses
With a simple email, you can add anyone to the course. All we need is a name, email address, and which course they would like to take. You can assign a mentor to the participant, and we open the course to them.
Every church has them — the quiet ones. The faithful attenders who show up every Sunday, sing the songs, nod at the sermon... and go home unchanged, unused, and unseen.
They're not lacking faith. They're lacking an invitation.
Somewhere between "welcome to church" and "go change the world," most people get stuck. They consume, but they never get activated. They believe, but they never get deployed. And a church full of passive believers, however sincere, will never become the movement it was meant to be.
This is the gap that Connextions exists to close.
Every great move of God has followed the same pattern: someone purposefully poured into someone, on purpose, with intention. Moses didn't stumble into Joshua. Elijah didn't accidentally disciple Elisha. Paul didn't hope Timothy would figure it out on his own. Jesus didn't leave the twelve to grow by osmosis — He walked with them, ate with them, corrected them, and released them.
Intention is the difference between a church that hopes people grow and a church that ensures it. Connextions exists to help your church build that intention into a real, sustainable rhythm.
Connextions activates the passive. It takes the person sitting in the back row — capable, but overlooked; willing, but never asked — and gives them a hand to hold and a next step to take. It turns "I don't know where I fit" into "I know exactly who's walking with me, and where we're headed."
Connextions restores purpose. People don't stay passive because they don't care. They stay passive because no one has shown them their part in the story. Mentorship says: your growth matters, your gifts matter, and someone is going to help you find both.
Connextions builds leaders on purpose, not by accident. You can't hope your next generation of elders, deacons, and small group leaders into existence. You have to build them — intentionally, relationally, one mentor and one mentee at a time.
Connextions creates movement. Passive people don't multiply. Activated people do. Every disciple who gets mentored well becomes a mentor to someone else — and what started as a program becomes an unstoppable, self-replicating culture of growth.
Imagine your church not measured by how many people show up, but by how many people have been sent out. Not how full the seats are, but how many hands are on someone else's shoulder, walking them forward.
People don't need more programs to attend. They need someone to walk with them, on purpose. That's the connection Connextions helps your church build — not more activity, but real activation.
Pastoral Team
The Pastoral Team has full access to all available courses and can explore any of them at any time. This allows leadership to stay familiar with the content their congregation is engaging with, model the growth process themselves, and speak knowledgeably about each course when guiding participants or mentors.
Participants
Once a mentor is trained and approved by the church, they're granted access to all available courses. The church determines which mentors are approved to guide specific courses, ensuring the right fit between mentor and material.
Mentors
Participants can choose a course themselves or be encouraged toward one that fits their needs. Some courses are Bible-based, while others focus specifically on life events. Either way, the goal remains the same: purposeful growth and intentional connection.
