Connextions is a mentoring program that gives churches a simple, proven structure for helping their people connect on a deeper spiritual level. It is designed to help people build meaningful, growth-oriented relationships within the church. This process works alongside your church’s existing ministries. It does not replace your discipleship, small-group, or pastoral-care efforts—it strengthens them by helping people connect more personally and consistently. Through one-on-one mentoring and 12-session courses, members grow in their faith, build real relationships, and learn to walk alongside others through every season of life.
