Connextions is designed to encourage spiritual growth, personal development, meaningful relationships, and connection within the local church. The courses, resources, discussions, action steps, and other materials provided through Connextions are intended for educational, informational, and spiritual guidance purposes only.

Volunteer Mentors

Mentors participating in Connextions are volunteers who are typically members or leaders within participating churches. They are not necessarily licensed counselors, therapists, psychologists, medical professionals, attorneys, financial advisors, or other certified professionals.

Mentors provide encouragement, conversation, personal experience, spiritual support, and general guidance. They are not acting as professional counselors or advisors unless specifically identified as such and operating within the scope of their professional qualifications.

Participation in mentoring is voluntary. Each participant is responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Direction, Not Professional Advice

The courses and mentoring relationships offered through Connextions are intended to help participants explore ideas, encourage spiritual growth, and provide direction for continued learning and development. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or resolve medical, mental health, legal, financial, marital, or other professional concerns.

If a participant is experiencing a serious personal, emotional, mental health, medical, legal, financial, safety, or other professional issue, they should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional or emergency service.

No Guarantee of Results

Connextions, Ishkoo, LLC, participating churches, church leaders, mentors, volunteers, and course creators do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from participation in the program.

Growth, decisions, relationships, and personal outcomes may vary from person to person. Participants understand that they are responsible for evaluating the information and guidance they receive and for making their own decisions.

Limitation of Responsibility

By participating in Connextions, including its courses, mentoring relationships, discussions, events, resources, and activities, participants acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that they assume responsibility for their own choices and actions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Connextions, Ishkoo, LLC, participating churches, pastors, church leaders, mentors, volunteers, employees, representatives, course creators, and affiliated individuals or organizations shall not be held responsible or liable for decisions, actions, outcomes, losses, damages, injuries, or consequences arising from participation in the program or from reliance upon information, resources, discussions, or guidance provided through Connextions.

Church and Mentor Independence

Participating churches and volunteer mentors may provide their own perspectives, experiences, and spiritual guidance. The views expressed by individual mentors or participants do not necessarily represent the official views of Connextions, Ishkoo, LLC, or any participating church.

Connextions and Ishkoo, LLC do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or suitability of advice, opinions, or information shared by individual mentors or participants.
